I've just had a look at a sample from my machine:

Two are marked 10V (grey bases) just the voltage rating? Common for
telephone style bulbs, and logical as they are run from the 15V line via
logic drivers.

Two are marked PL10160 (white bases). Manufacturers part number?

One is marked PL10160 and 12-09219 (blue base). Manufacturers and DEC part
numbers?

these were U/S ones that were in the pocket of my woek coat - I'll look at
the machine in the week.
