New OpenVMS Hobbyist Licenses

It's that time of the year, and I just got my new Layered Products 
licenses installed.  While installing the ones that I use, I noticed 
the following have been added:

	UCX-IP-CLIENT
	UCX-IP-NFS
	UCX-IP-RT

What on earth are they for?  Do they add anything not already in the 
UCX Pak (which is still included)?
