Because I refuse to knowingly deal with any company that spams.

I get spam all the time for Norton/Symantec products.  I've got
an explicit filter for it, but now and again they slip one past
it.  Possibly it's done by parties other than Symantec and not
under contract to them, but I still refuse to buy anything from
Symantec because of it.
