Yep, I get the same thing and it's darn annoying (but I put up with it
because this is such a good list :)  

Not sure when it started happening; a short while before Jay made the
first mention of disk problems in the server I think - so I gave up
grumbling about it to people and put it down to being the disk fault.
It's still going on though and far as I know we're back on a 100% happy
drive again these days...

Hmm, I should probably try that. By my receiving things out of sequence,
I mean they tend to be delayed by a day or so. I think the first message
in a thread is usually the one that gets 'stuck', but I'll have to look
out and be certain of that. It happens on maybe 5% of the messages on
here...

Argh, that's what I say...
