Paging Fred Van Kempen

I know he now longer subscribes to this list, but does anyone have any
contact information they could forward off list. I have tried sending
a few emails with no reply. I have some equipment I picked up for him
and need to arrange collection.
Last time I spoke to him he was desperate to pick them up, I'm
guessing he is working somewhere off-line again.
