IBM modem info.

Hi,

Over the weekend I was given a box full of assorted bits removed from
a factory that was being refurbished.  One of the items is an IBM 5858-1
modem, made 1988 - is this one of the old 2400 baud units anyone know?  
A quick google didn't turn up any technical info - not that I'm planning 
on using it!
