HP2648 heartbreak

Hi Jay,

I feel your pain - I had one of these terminals turn up in similar 
condition.

The interesting part was that the terminal itself had been very well 
packaged (using foam in place packing) but despite this it had undergone 
such massive accelerations in transit that the CR tube itself had torn out 
of its mountings - taking much of the plastic casing with it - and the yoke 
assembly had detached itself from the neck of the tube.

I ended up stripping the unit for parts - it had a really clean tube and 
plenty of other options that my other 2648 was missing.

Still, sad to lose a perfectly good terminal though....
