What is rare, a 264x terminal in general, or a 2648 terminal in particular? Would it be not too much work to transform a donor 264x terminal into a 2648 by swapping the internal cards? Of course that doesn't change the fact that you should be be very unhappy with the seller/shipper. -Glen
