Do you still need a boot disk?  I have a complete working system MD-2 with 
all software and documentation, including the service manuals.  I can 
probably make you a copy of the CP/M boot disk, if I can remember the 
commands......it's been a long time.  I also don't know if the boot disk 
for a single disk system is different from a dual disk system.
