Hmm, I need to talk to you sometime.  I despirately want to set up an 
co-lo facility here to compete with the one that charges $160 per month 
for 9GB (yes, GB!) of transfer, and I need some help on figuring out 
costs for my business plan.

I figured it'd be rude/unhelpful to ask my to-be competitor to help with 
this, so I was looking to find someone far enough away to not be "as 
much" of a competitor at least.  I understand if you don't want to help, 
but if you'd help by answering a few questions about things like costs, 
I'd be *very* much appreciative.
