I just got a DVD writer.  15GB is four DVDs.  Walmart price for four DVD
blanks is under two bucks.  It's insane that leeches feel they need to
suck that much data over a wire.  The old slogan about the tremendous
bandwidth of a station wagon full of tapes should apply.  There should
be a way to widely distribute big archives on written digital media. 
DVD readers commonly sell on eBay for under $10.
