To the original poster:  There are many online hosting companies that will give 
you what you need... powweb.com for example gives you 5GB transfer bandwidth a 
day, if you go over they shut it off and send you an email, to which you 
respond, and they turn it back on.  Not a bad deal for $8 a month.  It's 2G 
disk, though, so that won't quite fill your needs, but there are plenty of 
hosts out there that will...  Try www.findmyhosting.com to find some.
