As a former employee of MWC, I can verify that, yes, your version of Coherent 
will work as long as the AT has 640K or more of RAM.  I highly recommend trying 
to extend the memory as Coherent will use up to 16MB (yes, you're still limited 
to 64K segments, but you can allocate as many as you like ;-)
