You mean the kitchen-sink aspect I assume... I know there was a
fork in emacs, but since I'm not a user of it I don't know about
it, sorry.  I try not to have religion about it, I know (both) are
powerful.  Obviously lots of people like the kitchen sink (and
upstairs sink, and meta-sink, and...)
