I picked this up from a private individual... no paperwork...

I _did_ get a tape that was tucked into a pouch inside the back
cover... I don't know for sure, but I _think_ that is such a tape.  I
did know that MULICs exist, and that it would be virtually impossible
to aquire if I it didn't come with the machine.
