The FIGUK still has many printed listings in their library and I have
copies of a couple here, but not scanned in yet - no scanner yet!
I don't think they'll OCR at all well so it may be a case of retyping.
I've got PDP-11 and Z80 versions.
The PDP-11 version is online somwhere and I have a copy if anyone needs it.
