Try Digikey -- a 30 second search turns up 28 hits for 4 pin DIN
connectors, regular and mini.  One vendor's datasheet shows connectors
in both sizes from 3 to 8 pins.

(That still leaves oddballs like the 2 pin DIN once popular for
speakers, and the 13-pin DIN found on Kenwood amateur radio
transceivers...)
