some time now, and the last are coming off the ships (mainly) now. I doubt
any are in foriegn service - most of these military computers are export
controlled (which leads the question - why Dubai? Someone did not read the
demil code and ship them home?). Frankly, I do not think this guy has much
of a chance, especially if we might see a flood on AN/UYK-20s in the next
year. 

*A quick talk to a surplus dealer buddy - I told him to bid on any of 
these he sees.
