Isn't that model number one of the ones that ran at 600 RPM?
(and would therefore need a 500K data transfer rate to do "360K")

If you don't have any of the early disks (without shutter), or the middle
range ones with the latch and "pinch" corner, you can still remove the
shutter completely from one of the later 720K diskettes.
