Real PDP11 model question

Around the same size as a Decmate III, from pictures I have seen it 
looks like it
could be about 1'wide  x 5" tall x 2' deep, somewhat the same size as a 
Mac2ci.

I have a shelf near my desk that a PC sized machine would fit on.
