Not to sound like a complete jerk, but that's one of the more foolish ideas 
I've heard yet!

If that's the case, I'd have to go; and I've been here longer than most... 
I suppose my 21-year-old Tandy Model 100 isn't actually capable of real 
work according to your metric?

upgrade it to onboard 2M RAM and 2M Flash ROM... Or the TPDD emulator now 
available for PalmOS serial devices for more portable storage for the Model

BTW, I would say the opposite: If people can still do what's considered 
"useful work" nowadays with an Altair, he should be voted "king of the
