   I did a bunch of work last year for a client whose datacenter is in 
the Pacific time zone, but they're an online stockbroker, so all their 
servers and most of the desktops at the datacenter site are "3 hours 
off", to match Wall Street time.

   It was weird.  I learned to account for it OK, but I never really got 
used to it.
