Yeah, the user agreement seems fine, in fact it's better
than many.  The Calif. civic code section seems trivial and
unimportant, I mean, you're not putting your personal finances
on this thing, right?!

If you're running any legal shrink-wrapped software you've
already agreed to far worse!  (I say this as an open software
snob :-)
