I've found this to be a good policy even for a private collection. Sure 
you get a lot of no-name PC clones that way, but you don't miss out on 
the insteresting stuff, and people tend to rememebr you when they have 
something else to get rid of, which might be of more interest.

And anyway, PCs are a useful source of disk drives, PSU parts, chips, etc...
