VAXStation 4000/90 Hard drive options

A couple things are needed the main thing is that you need to be 
running a new enough version of OpenVMS for it to work fairly well 
with 3rd party drives.  The other is that if you're using an 
SCA-to-50pin converter, the drive can't be to new.  Apparently the 
latest SCSI drives don't like syncing down to Narrow SCSI :^(
