Disk Librarian (DSKLIB) is a program to maintain a master catalog of multiple disk directories. Disks are given unique numbers and names, and then placed in the master catalog. A powerfull Find command is then used to locate a particular file. Full wildcards and multiple switches are supported. An example of the Find command is: Find file named: .MAC/DUR MAY/GR 75/LESS 100/PRI This command would print a list of all files in the catalog with the MAC extension created during May of the current year that are greater than 75 blocks, but less than 100 blocks in length. It is a sub-device handler that allows a file on a large disk to appear as a directory structured device to RT 11. V5 now includes the LD handler and KMON commands to do the same function in a more elegant manner. (DEC does occasionally learn from users.) DSKLIB may use an SPFUN in AR to update from Archive files without specifying a file name, so it is included again. DDT allows symbolic debugging of programs using the symbol table file optionally produced by LINK. It allows global references as the program is debugged, rather than referring to locations. DDT also decodes and prints the opcodes at each breakpoint, using global symbols where possible. DDT .DOC 13 14-Sep-82 DDT .MAC 130 16-Oct-82 DDT .OBJ 26 08-May-83 View is a small utility program that allows quickly paging through an ASCII file on a VT100. It supports 132 column mode, and can optionally show embedded control characters. The commands are available with the /H switch. This version is for TSX+, but may be modified for RT 11. The input to the macro is a directory listing file from DIR, the output a command file for PIP. All DIR switches are valid in generating the listing file, so it may be more useful in some cases than V5's BUP utility. COPY .DOC 5 07-MAR-83 COPY .TEC 2 30-Nov-78 MOUNT .SAV 2 30-Nov-78
