FDC was published on US RSX Fall 87 SIGtape, UIC [327,100].

Changes:
- New build command file FDC.CMD.
- Supervisor mode or memory resident FCS library will be selected if possible.
- Fixed bug for RX02 disk drives to read count of logical blocks correctly
  from UCB.
- Added support for named directory strings in full filename string.
