FXDRV was published on US RSX SIGtape Spring 84, UIC[312,346].

Two slight corrections were made to FXDRV:

- Global labels $FXLOA and $FXUNL must not exist in RSX11M driver

- Routine $srnam was changed in RSX11M-Plus/Micro-RSX V4.1 to
  $srmai. So you are asked about your RSX11M-Plus verion in FXX.CMD.

- Bit DV.MSD is set in U.CW1 of UCB. Some tasks like BRU take care of this
  bit since RSX11M+ V4.0 and RSX11M V4.5. Anyway it should be there.
