  This is the external declaration for the Pascal callable routine to return 
  the day of the week the given clunk value represents. This external
  declaration expects that the file 'CLUNK.TYP' has been included at some 
  point before this.

  How it works:
  You need to supply the procedure with a clunk value and it return the day
  of the week the clunk value falls on. "Day_numbers" are the integers 1 thur
  7 with 1 = Monday thru 7 = Sunday. "Clunks" parameter is preserved.

  One valid "ids" status is possible:
  1 = success
