SQ and USQ

These are approximately the CP/M or MSDOS utilities of these
names which squeeze and unsqueeze arbitrary files. To squeeze,
just say SQ filename.ext and it will produce filename.eQt, where
the Q indicates squeezed. The USQ filename.eQt will reproduce
the original file and filename. The compression can be as large
as 50% (greater in some cases) and is compatible with what
the micros use.
	SQ and USQ end with an informational message 000000 which
just means successful exit. Ignore it.
