Note:
To create space, some .ARC files were compressed. The decompress
utility can be built using the files in [5,14]lzpdp11.arc using
the procedure documented therein. This was necessary to get the
tape to a reasonable size.
	Compressed files are flagged by Z as the 2nd character of
the filetype (e.g. DATMGR.AZC resulted from DATMGR.ARC).

	Decompress to get the archive. DATMGR.ARC is a VAX relational
DBMS (single user). You may want it if you have a VAX. All docs and
build files are there with all sources.
