When the program types #, you enter a full line as follows. Each command is 2 letters, followed by a space, and then parameters. #HS IHIST,IXMIN,IXMAX,IYMIN,IYMAX Rescale histograms #CU ICUT,VALUE Enter marker or cut values #SC IHIST,IZMIN,IZMAX,IXMIN,IXMAX,IYMIN,IYMAX Display histogram #CS IPAGE Display selected color page #PL NAME MIN,MAX Change color scope limit #PR IHIST Print a hist (0 prints all) #ZE IHIST Zero a hist #IN NAME VALUE Change a color scope param. #BE Begin a run #EN End a run #RU Run mode enabled #ST Analysis stops till #RU IHIST = Histogram number X = Horizontal axis Y = Vertical axis of a 2 dim hist Z = Vertical scale of a 1 dim or contour or a 2 dim. hist. FOR MORE INFORMATION TYPE: HELP RI3 1 RI3 #SC IHIST,IZMIN,IZMAX,IXMIN,IXMAX,IYMIN,IYMAX #HS IHIST,IXMIN,IXMAX,IYMIN,IYMAX IXMIN,IXMAX = The minimum, maximum desired for the X (horizontal) scale IYMIN,IYMAX = The min,max desired for the Y (vertical) scale of a 2 DIMENSIONAL histogram. These are not used for 1 Dim. hists. IZMIN,IZMAX = The min,max for the vertical scale of a 1 dim. histogram. IZMIN = The countour level for a 2 dim hist, and IZMAXis ignored. If IZMIN,IZMAX are not specified or are the same then the program selects a suitable value for them. 1 dim hists are fitted into the screen full scale and 2 dim hists are contoured at the half max. point. #PL NAME MINLIM,MAXLIM The name is 1-4 characters with no imbedded blanks. The values may be either integer or floating point. If you use * in NAME this means any char. For example PL EF** .9,1. resets limits on all param. starting with EF. EF*X will reset limits on EF1X,EF2X... but not EF1Y. 1 PROGRAMS The following list tells you which special programs are available as part of the RICE Bonner Lab system. The first column tells you how to call the programs, and the second a brief description of what they do. >ERASE Erases the whole ADM-3A screen including any plots. >PLOT Transfers the plot on your ADM-3A to the LP: >RUN $RICEPLOT Uses the input file SY:RICEPLOT.DAT to produce plots on LP: See documentation in CONSOLE MANUAL >RUN RASM Transfer the binary VERSAPLOT file to the LP: This must be run after RICEPLOT to get your plot. >RUN $FITIT Program takes data file in same format as RICEPLOT + FITs IT. >RUN $DISKFIX Finds bad blocks on your disk, and optionally fixes them. # @HELP.HLP
