PSZ allows COMMONs to be added/removed easily (see sample commands).
PSZ also allows partition sizes to be changed.
Recommended commands:
	PSZ /COM=parname:600			!creates common wherever it can
						!(top of GEN is last resort)
	PSZ /NOC=parname			!eliminates common, expands
						!...GEN as much as possible
Other commands:
	PSZ /PAR=parname/TOP=newtop/BOT=newbot	!new top and bottom
	PSZ /PAR=parname/TOP=+increment		!increases size - moves top up
	PSZ /PAR:parname/TOP:-decrement		!decreases size(can use = or :)
	PSZ /TOP=-newsize/COM=common		!creates common of size newsize
	PSZ /PAR=parname/SIZE=newsize		!leaves bottom as is
	PSZ /PAR=parname/BOT=+increment		!decreases size-moves bottom up
	PSZ /PAR=parname/TOP=*			!makes parname as big as it can
	PSZ /PAR=parname/TOP=+1/BOT=+1		!shifts parname-size unchanged
etc.
where parname is partition to be munged (default is GEN), all sizes are in 32.
(octal 100) word blocks.
	Caution: PSZ may shrink or remove a partition with tasks installed.
