RMC - Remote MCR is a task to force a command line to a terminal
	other than TI:  Its syntax is:
 
		RMC  TTN:command line
		RMC   TI:command line   (although this form is pretty useless)
		RMC  TTN:$command line
 
	The '$', in the last form signifies that RMC will not stop itself and
	wait for the MCR command to execute, but will spawn the MCR command
	and immediately exit.  In this case RMC will try to use the RPOI
	directive to connect any OCB from the spawned task to RMC's parent
	(if any) and will then exit.  If the RPOI directive is missing it
	will try and SPAWN the command and exit without passing on exit
	status.  If RMC is used with the normal format, RMC will stop itself
	and wait for the MCR command to execute.  It then will on exit status
