Command format:	TYPe filespec1.ext[,filespec2.ex2][SW]

Switches are:	-TI to suppress the TItle.

		TR[:nn] to TRuncate lines.  The default width is
		terminal width-1 and :nn is optional to change the default.

		-CO to suppress comment lines
		CO to print only comment lines.
		CC to expand control characters (the default for TEC &
			TES files is /CC, for all others is /-CC
		HE for this HElp text.
Wildcard filename, type, version, and characters are allowed.
For wildcard characters, ? matches any character, and * matches
	any group of characters (just like SRD).
^Z will terminate typing the current file.
^C will cause the program to exit.

Additional qualifiers are: TYPE COMMENT_LINES    & TYPE FILE_LOOKUP

Comment lines as selected by the /CO switch are those that begin with:
	.FLE	C or D
	.FTN	C or D
	.MAC	;
	.SAL	;
	.CMD	; or !
	.ODL	; or !
	.RNO	.; or .COMMENT
	.PAS	(*  or /* or {
	.C	(*  or /*
	.TES	!tab or !space
	.TEC	!tab or !space

Leading spaces and tabs are ignored.
2	FILE_LOOKUP
If the extend field of a filespec is omitted, it will look for a file
with the following extents, in this order:
	.FLE  .FTN  .MAC  .CMD  .TXT  .DEF  .ODL  .TES  .TEC
	.PAS  .HLP  .BAS  .DOC  .RNO  .LST  .MAP  blank .DAT
