The output from many of the Fourier series transform
 subroutines are arrays of RMS amplitudes and phase
 angles in radians.  The procedure to convert these
 values into dB's re 20 uPa and degrees is as follows.
 
	RE = -20.*ALOG10( 20.E-6 )
	RTD = 180./3.141592654
	AMP = 20.*ALOG10( AMP + 1.E-30 ) + RE
	PHI = PHI*RTD
 
 Note: A very small number (1.E-30) is added to AMP before
 the log is taken to assure that the argument is positive.
