CALL HCUSE(KSET) or CALL HCUSE -- This routine controls the use of Hershey
 character sets.  If called with no arguments, character set 3 is activated.

 KSET - Character set to be used.  If invalid, character set 3 is used.
        If KSET = 0, the character sets are deactivated.  Where,

 N. B.  When using character set 9, as $9, only 1 character is accessed 
 before ...HCS returns automatically to the entry character set.
