To rebuild MLIST from sources:

   Verify/edit the following logical names (as specified in
   MLIST.CTL):

      DSK:   ,<directory|directory>, UNV:

      MAC:   DSK:

      UNV:   {whatever directory(s) that contain the portion of the
              MACRO-20 macro support package from Columbia University
	      distributed with MLIST}

   Submit the batch job MLIST.CTL.
