JOBS Interview Request System

ABSTRACT: JOBS is an interview request system which can be used at
a school to allocate job interviews among the students and to assign
times for these interviews.  Various bidding schemes can be used to
allocate interviews with firms for which there is excess demand.  The
system includes a program which the school staff uses to enter the
recruiting schedules, a program which the students use to request
interviews with particular firms and to assign priorities to these
requests, and a series of programs which allocate the interviews and
which produce printed schedules for the recruiters and for the students.
These programs are written in FORTRAN.
