Enclosed is the terminfo I wrote from scratch for it, complete with termcap/terminfo variables names and the page number in the 9065 manual where further references can be found. It passes testterminfo successfully. The format of this terminfo may look different to others but my goal was to make the source easy for me to read (and maintain) many years from now, and tic doesn't care about this format. I also do terminfo/curses programming and find it handy to have the variable names near the escape sequences. I wrote a companion shell script to automate adding the init_[123]string and reset_[123]string capabilities into the file. If interested drop me a line and I'll send those to you. I hope both the format of this file and the specific 9065 entry will help out others; writing another terminfo is "just" a matter of changing the fields below for the new terminal.
