The files in this submittal are the benchmark routines used for the
Fortran/RT Tutorial - EIS, FIS, and FPU. This tutorial was given
at the Fall 1982 DECUS Symposium and the Spring 1983 DECUS Symposium.
A copy of the paper is also included. Other test routines which were
not used are also included. Some of these may need some work to
function correctly.
