This is a somewhat preliminary (but handy) version of a UCL
(User Command Linkage) program that I am using rather heavi-
ly under V05.00 of RT-11. The documentation is still a bit
scanty -- see file UCL.DOC and the program sources.

To build UCL.SAV...
