The files in this directory should be copied to LB:[1,1]. You may only
use them if you have a processor with:

- I/D Space
- EIS
- Floating Point processor

This version of the DECUS-C Compiler Library was built under

RSX11M-PLUS V4.0

So be careful with older versions of RSX. If your system fails, use
[5,3]MBUILD.CMD instead to rebuild this library and the compiler.
