readme.3rd - install guide for remoted RMS for DECUS C

WARNING: you must be priveliged and the install.cmd rapes lots of things.

The only thing you must do (after attain priv.s) is @install
Install will: create lb:[1,1]rms.olb lb:[1,1]rrms.olb
lb:[3,54]rmstkb.cmd lb:[3,54]rrmstkb.cmd
lb:[3,54]rmsqit.tsk lb:[3,54]rmstrc.tsk
lb:[3,54]rrmst.tsk
([3,54] for RSX/M+, something else for M,D,C)
Install will install various tasks (and REMove ...qit).
Read REQUIRE. for the gory details. (or read INSTALL.CMD)

After the install, you should be able to use:
LB:[3,54]RMSTRC.TSK
LB:[3,54]RMSQIT.TSK
LB:[3,54]RRMST.TSK
LB:[3,54]RMSTKB.CMD
LB:[3,54]RRMSTKB.CMD
LB:[1,1]RMS.OLB
LB:[1,1]RRMS.OLB
