This account contains an updated version of the disassembler designed
by F. Borger. The main changes have been the addition of more
instrcutions (like SPL), the addition of a /MA switch to output it in
a form suitable for input to the Macro Assembler, a /HE switch to
provide help, and the correction of odd (minor) interpretive bugs.
